JOB DETAIL

Need 7+ years of candidate

ETL Development: Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

Data Mapping and Transformation: Work closely with business analysts and data stakeholders to understand data requirements, map data sources, and implement transformations to meet business needs.

Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the ETL process.

Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring timely data delivery.

Collaboration: Collaborate with business users, data scientists, and other IT teams to understand data integration requirements and contribute to a cohesive data strategy.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and transformations.

Job Requirements

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 4 + years in ETL Development

Must have previous Insurance experience

Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

Understanding of insurance data models, policy administration systems, and industry-specific data challenges.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
