- SQL Server Expert
- Someone who can assess their SQL Server environment and provide recommendations for improvement
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Azure Architect.
- Minimum 2 years experience in understanding how Power BI works and how it can efficiently use the data from Azure SQL DB.
- we need someone who is proactive in troubleshooting existing Azure SQL DB servers and providing best practices in design and approach.
- experience in troubleshooting long running queries, break down execution plans and recreate only the necessary indexes on the Azure SQL DB as per trend in user queries in the past 2 years.
- Work with the internal team on separating schemas for application writes and reporting needs in Power BI.
- Provide a universal shared Dataset option in Power BI and provide tables for effective Dataset and Dataflow refreshes (not needed to have full Power BI architecture experience)

- how many years of experience as an Azure Architect ? all the Azure services you have worked with ?
- what is your experience or how comfortable are you in troubleshooting long running queries, breaking down execution plans and recreate only the necessary indexes on the Azure SQL DB?
- how did you cater to the Power BI developers as a Data architect, what were your best practices on providing tables or views for their consumption ?
