JOB DETAIL

Certified ServiceNow implementation specialist and/or ServiceNow & Administrator with proven successful implementations in a dual capacity of business process / technical consultant.
Must be experienced leading internal and external teams to implement the ServiceNow platform on accelerated timelines.
Extensive Experience on ServiceNow modules such as but not limited to, ITSM/CSM, Asset Mgmt., Procurement ITBM and Discovery
Experience in understanding/implementing best practices of CSDM framework
Hands-on experience in orchestration, development, configuration, integration, and deployment of SNOW modules.
 Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications such as but not limited to, O365, ERP systems and AIOPS platforms
Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
Experience working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders in leading workshops, process/requirements gathering efforts, creating roadmaps/timelines and training in support of business
Sense of personal accountability and ability to simplify complex problems to find solutions collaboratively
Nice to have:

Experience building a comprehensive and holistic view of the organizations processes, strategy, and Information & Technology assets
Experience in providing technical guidance and assist business partners with functional and technical requirements on ServiceNow, ITIL Methodologies and influencing design decisions.
Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies, Framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to this role and ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
ITIL v3 or higher certification
ServiceNow Certified Administrator and Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification desired?
