The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least last 5+ years on Salesforce.com.
Experience with integration between Salesforce and other 3rd party applications.
Hands on Experience in Salesforce.com, Visual Force, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services, APIs and SOQL.
Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts).
Strong technical background on the following technologies: Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, Visual Force (Page, Component & Controllers) and JavaScript.
Strong relational database skills, preferably experience with writing stored procedure, functions, triggers and data modelling
Good hands on experience in Soap/Rest API/web service including hands on experience in building point to point integration and building integration using middleware
Experience of Data Migration from Salesforce to Salesforce, Salesforce to other platforms and other platforms to Salesforce
Experience with development using Eclipse and integration with versioning and build systems.
Adept in configuration management tools, and code review tools like GIT and Fisheye.
In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.).
Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model and Data Architecture, Configuration, Apex coding, Visual Force, Web Services and Data Management.
Experience troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to a complex problem.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
Experience in delivering IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.
