Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Learning Cloud
Strong database skills and proficiency with SQL/ PLSQL
Experience with HCM Cloud fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Extensible and Descriptive Flexfields related to HR modules
Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to HR modules
Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher related to HR modules
Experience in developing building data models and writing custom reports in BI Publisher
Experience in building reports in Oracle Fusion using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
Experience in building integrations using Oracle ATOM feed, REST API/Webservices related to HR
