• Product Strategy
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap
  • Analyze and optimize product usage through analytics and customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities and framework for monetization
  • Manage the API product lifecycle
• Product Development
  • Lead an agile team to deliver API products that meet expectations
  • Own the prioritized product backlog, user stories and API specifications
  • Collaborate with architects and developers on designing APIs
  • Embrace enterprise API best-practices and standards
• Developer Advocacy
  • Create documentation and educational resources
  • Enable a frictionless, self-service developer experience
  • Participate in strategic customer/partner engagements & initiatives
  • Lead community engagement and API evangelism

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.  MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product owner/manager role
• Proven track record of delivering API products
• Technical background with strong understanding of integration patterns and industry best-practices
• Experience in Fleet Management, Transportation or Supply Chain industries preferred
• Experience with Agile Development
