Must be able to work independently and within a team environment to meet the agency’s needs.

Working knowledge of GPS/GIS theory, practice, analytical, and geo-processing functions; enterprise GIS automation techniques; mobile GIS based apps

Working knowledge of GPS/GIS principles including, but not limited to, cartography and map design, projection and coordinate systems,and GIS data mgmt

Demonstrated ability and experience in using ArcGis Pro, ArcGis Online and ArcGIS Server/Portal;

Demonstrated ability and experience reading, interpreting, analyzing, mapping and displaying spatial and non-spatial data in digital and physical fmts

Experience with static or digital/interactive Maps, ESRI dashboards and ESRI Survey123.

Using ESRI desktop software suite (ArcGIS Pro) and with other office applications such as Microsoft Suite.

Designing simple application interfaces; compiling and evaluating information from alternative data sources, i.e. vector;

Experience creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Working independently and as a member of a team; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers

communicating effectively orally and in writing in English.
