 Develop and maintain MS dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
 Configure and customize CRM solutions.
 Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
 Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
 Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
 Define use cases and gather business requirements.
 Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
Required skills:
 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with
emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
 3-5 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
 Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
 Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API 's/SSIS), plug-ins,
automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
 Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
 Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
 Ability to present persuasively and effectively.
 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
 Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help
customers deploy their solutions.
 Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
 Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
 Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.

 This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be able to work in person 2 days a week.
