1.            Have 10+ years of experience working as Business Analyst in an Energy/Trading Industry.

2.            Have very detailed Energy and Trading Domain knowledge. Have knowledge on US Regulatory requirements for trading.

3.            Extensive understanding of data warehousing, various model types (data vault and star schemas), data marts, views, multidimensional databases and tuning of schemas/tables.

4.            Have worked on creating high level and detailed business requirement documentation and working with stakeholders on requirement gatherings.

5.            Have worked on handling and executing User Acceptance Testing and documentation

6.            Extensive use of Agile Framework utilizing Scrum and Kanban for release management.

7.            Able to co-ordinate with Teams across multiple locations and time zones

8.            Understanding logical and physical models; normalized and denormalized structures, and surrogate key usage, including very strong SQL skills

9.            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
