Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications required to be considered for this position: Certified Administrator and Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce, along with a minimum of 2 years in a Field Service Lightning environment
- Implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions in a customer facing role
- Experience in Design and implementing successful Field Service solutions - Scheduling and optimization, Resource management, Work Order, Skills, and Service Appointments lifecycle management
- Experience in user, Service Resource and Field Service Lightning Configuration management
- Implementation and support of Salesforce Field Service Mobile Application for end-users
- Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schema
- ·Experience using Salesforce tools and utilities (Data Loader, Eclipse Force.com IDE and Workbench) to ensure data hygiene and integrity
- Extensive Knowledge of SOQL
- Creates ad hoc and customized report types, reports and dashboards along with end-user training material
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachler’s degree or equivalent experience
