- Schedule and attend meetings; publish meeting minutes; action item follow up.
- Maintain risks and issues. Manage the RAID Log to ensure new items are captured and updated, and follow up on open items with relevant team members as required.
- Maintain the integrated program/project plan; working with the program, project and workstream leads.
- Manage project-related artifacts by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Complete ad hoc requests from the IMO, Program Leads, and team members
- Perform target process updates
