*Solution Definition & Design:*

1. Define architecture for small to mid-sized projects, emphasizing Big Data Cluster technology.

2. Design and implement technical frameworks, acting as the technical owner for specific projects.

3. Conduct design of complex sub-components/modules in collaboration with project teams, architects, and client subject matter experts.

4. Present detailed design documents to relevant stakeholders, seeking and incorporating feedback.

5. Undertake project-specific Proof of Concepts to validate technical feasibility.

*Project Management Support:*

1. Share technical inputs for Agile/project planning with SCRUM Master/Project Manager.

2. Assist SCRUM Masters/Project Managers in understanding technical risks and devising mitigation strategies.

3. Support developers in overcoming technical challenges.

*Technology Consulting:*

1. Analyze the technology landscape, processes, and tools based on project objectives.

*Business and Technical Research:*

1. Understand application architecture critically to analyze and assess tools (internal/external).

2. Support Architect/Sr. Architect in drafting recommendations based on Proof of Concept findings.

3. Analyze and identify new developments in existing technologies, documenting them for team capabilities.

*Project Estimation:*

1. Provide support for project estimations in business proposals and sprint/component-level estimates.

2. Articulate estimation methodology and module-level estimations for standard projects, focusing on effort estimation.

*Proposal Development:*

1. Contribute to the development of proposals for small to medium-sized projects from a technology/architecture perspective.

**Performance Metrics:**

1. Reusable components/processes developed and reused.

2. Delivery efficiency (Adherence to Client defined principles).

3. Contribution to technology capability development (e.g., Training, Webinars, Blogs).

4. Customer feedback on overall technical quality (zero technology-related escalations).

5. Number of white papers/document assets contributed to.

6. Relevant technology certifications.

7. Business development (number of proposals contributed to, as applicable).

8. Feedback from Project Team/Program Management on project support.
