• Work with a high-performing Agile team to build out next gen data ecosystem in Azure

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes

• Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources like flat files or other format of files using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Notebooks and SQL technologies

• Ability to tokenize/detokenize specific fields from files at scale in batch and real time.

• Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition, Risk metrics.

• Work with stakeholders including operations, data, design, and product teams, assisting them with data infrastructure, and data-related technical issues

• Responsible for finding trends in data sets and developing algorithms to help make raw data more useful to the enterprise.

• Develop, construct, test and maintain systems.

• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality

• Deploy sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning and statistical methods

• Understand data for predictive and prescriptive modeling

• Ability to Find patterns using data

• Use data to discover tasks that can be automated

Requirements

• BS/MS in CIS with Data engineering focus.

• 5+ years of related work experience in an Azure/Databricks and SQL Server environment.

• Demonstratable working knowledge of database design and data movement in a cloud-based environment.
