Responsibilities:

Build new software initiatives in a SaaS environment

Help design and implement new features of the system as microservices and serverless

Communication skills are a must when working with the team to help design the correct solutions

Collaborate with our Product Owner to understand requirements for product enhancements

Translate business requirements to architect and design resilient solutions

Collaborate with our QA team to resolve and prevent bugs

Skills and Experience:

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills working with the team and across the company

Designing and programming serverless solutions inside Amazon Web Services ? Experience in event-driven architecture

Coding skills in PHP, Python, and Javascript/Typescript are mandatory

Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Development

Working in a full-stack environment

Experience creating and working with RESTful APIs

Working knowledge of MySQL and an Object-Relational Mapper (ORM)

Experience with Git, Github Actions, and Travis in a CI environment

Knowledge of infrastructure management tools, Terraform, AWS SAM and Cloudformation

An appreciation for the importance of testing

Expert knowledge of software design and development across the entire SDLC ? Strong desire to create defect-free software that is high quality and maintainable

Strong analytical skills to understand the business logic of the software

Professional and hard-working, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment

Help with the setup and maintenance of Docker images for developers and deployment

Working remotely in a pair programming environment
