JOB DETAIL

Key Responsibilities:

·       Architect and lead the development of a custom CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing digital ecosystems.

·       Experience with data architecture, data integration, data quality tools, and identity resolution technologies.

·       Conduct an in-depth evaluation of database technologies (Graph vs Relational), articulating the pros and cons to determine the most suitable architecture for the CDP, focusing on scalability, performance, and real-time data processing.

·       Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, DMP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

·       Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Design, document, and oversee the implementation of the CDP architecture, emphasizing data efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance.

·       Spearhead data governance and compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.

·       Facilitate advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities by ensuring optimal data architecture within the CDP.

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDP trends, advocating for innovative solutions that drive business value.

·       Provide leadership and expertise in the selection and deployment of database technologies, balancing technical capabilities with strategic business goals.

·       Educate and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
