* Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with licensing agreements, ensuring that all contractual obligations and deadlines are met* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and legal, to align licensing strategies with overall business objectives* Manage relationships with licensing agencies and partners, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure brand consistency and maximum commercial success* Daily activities include developing strategies to increase licensee revenue, negotiating deals, monitoring licensee forecasting to plan and meet revenue objectives, day-to-day management of licensees* Monitor sales performance, track licensing revenue, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of licensing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
