- Answer day to day questions from business users (unit stat, claims, finance) on questions or issues
- Clarify & direct development team on their day-to-day questions for stories and support items
- Proactively analyse data for issues and process improvements in TPA data based on roadmap & patterns of issues
- Collaborate with product manager to write stories for developers
- Explain data issues to business stakeholders & the plans on how to correct such issues in terms they can understand
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must have NAIC / ISO claims coding experience. Unit stat, statutory reporting, or policy coding experience is a plus.
- Must have Ability to modify SQL queries from developers to review data
- Must have strong excel capabilities for data manipulation & reporting
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in Business System Analyst and with TPA Data.
