Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp

• ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt),           APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc

• Experience with system administration

• Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities

• Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies

• Experience with various integrations & APIs.

• Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule

• Perform POCs

• Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map

• Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance
