The SAP S4 HANA Project Manager will be hands-on and will manage a multi-year program replacing core business systems. The SAP S4 HANA Project Manager will implement SAP S4 HANA and Operational Systems (Warehouse / Transportation Management). The SAP S4 HANA Project Manager will provide transformational opportunities supporting current business needs and enabling future growth. The SAP S4 HANA Project Manager must possess experience in SAP S4 Implementations, working on top-tier Systems Integrators (SI) with in-depth knowledge of S4 from functional and technical perspectives.
- Partner with SI Project Manager to Develop / Maintain / Ensure Adherence to Integrated Project Plans
- Identify / Assign / Manage Project Resources to Support Business / Technical Requirements
- Manage Daily Project Activities Across All Phases of the Program
- Track Program Progress Against Scheduled / Budgeted Spend – Resource Requirements / Costs Associated with Software, Hardware, and Implementation Services, etc.
- Partner with Business / IT / SI Workstreams and Process Leads to Ensure Solution Design / Implementation / Testing / Delivery Meeting Functional / Technical Requirements – SAP S4 Configuration / Functional Specs (WRICEF) / Third Party Solution and Internal System Integration / Cutover Planning, etc.
- Leverage SAP Business Process Knowledge / Experience to Lead Development of Comprehensive Testing Strategies, etc.
- Identify / Coordinate Resolution of Cross-Functional Dependencies / Project Issues / Risks
- Define Solution Deployment Strategy / Hyper-Care Support Plan / Defect Resolution Approaches
- Participate in Functional / Technical Design / Development / Testing / Deployment Workshops
- Prioritize / Maintain / Manage Project Activities – JIRA, etc.
- Ability to Solve Complex Problems / Manage Ambiguity / Decisive and Adept to Unexpected Change
- Excellent Communication Skills – Working Collaboratively with Internal / External Teams (Onshore / Offshore) / C-Suite / Stakeholders / Executives
