JOB DETAIL

 Min 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with hands on project management experience

· Legacy Modernization and Data migration experienceProactively drive program/project execution and associated scope, timeline and resources with minimal guidance

· Analyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements; lead change control

· Develop detailed, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with defined objectivesAbility to drive program/project plan and address the dependencies between engineering teams

· Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and management

· Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomes

· Work closely with Business, Engineering and QA teams to build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirements

· Collaborate across the enterprise including Business Partners, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and DevOps to develop and align on project plans, status, and reporting message, along with enterprise resource planning needs to succeed from project scoping to project completionManage program / project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the timelines and goals

· Deliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teams, partner with Product Managers to establish and maintain engagement with business

· Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, project charter, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion

· Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environmentKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Smartsheet, JIRA highly desired
