JOB DETAIL

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join their fashion-forward design team on a mission to redefine the online shopping experience. This role is pivotal in conceiving, planning, leading, and executing innovative shopping experiences, eliminating customer barriers, and enhancing engagement in the online fashion realm.

Responsibilities:

  • Envision and craft comprehensive solutions across the entire customer journey, analysing behaviours, and identifying opportunities for improved user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver visionary, customer-focused solutions.
  • Apply design thinking to create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mock-ups, and prototypes communicating high-level design strategies.
  • Advocate for the customer, fostering a shared understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, technology, and business.
  • Deliver high-quality creative products with a focus on maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Present to business, design, and executive-level leadership, supporting design rationale with quantitative data, site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, showcasing proficiency in Figma and strong presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in designing product and service experiences, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong systems-oriented design thinking, demonstrating the ability to connect dots, identify patterns, and create cohesive visions for users.
  • Passion for strategically working with internal and external stakeholders to drive design-led, customer-obsessed solutions.
  • Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity, thriving in a collaborative environment, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
