We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect with expertise in data integration and Microsoft SSIS to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture to ensure efficient data integration, storage, and retrieval processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop robust data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to efficiently extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.

3. Design and implement data models, schemas, and databases to support business needs while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

4. Develop and maintain data integration processes, workflows, and pipelines to automate data movements and transformations.

5. Optimize data architecture and integration processes for scalability, reliability, and performance.

6. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SSIS packages and data workflows.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration, data architecture, and Microsoft SSIS technologies.

8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on data architecture principles, best practices, and SSIS development techniques.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

2. Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on data integration and Microsoft SSIS.

3. In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design principles, and data warehousing concepts.

4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and other relevant Microsoft BI tools.

5. Proficiency in SQL scripting, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

8. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies is a plus.
