Project Description

Provide the technology and IS functional knowledge as needed for the daily support of company’s purchase to pay systems and processes, which include but are not limited to the following: SAP Procurement (MM) systems, SAP CLM system, Labor Rate Management (LRM) system, SAP Inventory Management Systems, and the Master Data Governance (MDG) system for Vendors and the MDM system for Materials.

Provide MM support services Monday through Friday during normal work hours, and occasionally during off­ hours for system related emergencies

Project Deliverables

•          Provide functional SAP MM consulting services for procurement support team

•          Work on complex tasks for deployment of system solutions, enhancements, and fixes.

•          Effective use of HP Service Manager ticket system

•          Be organized and develop effective business user relationships

•          Design and develop fixes for system issues

•          Work with technical team developers to design, develop, test, and rollout system enhancements

•          Help prioritize tasks for the MM support resources

•          Communicate effectively through both written and verbal methods

Not sure we can find anyone with MDG, CLM & LRM, so do the best you can. Maybe a strong MM/MDG person with prior oil/gas experience would do.
