Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes on the Azure platform.

Build and optimize data models and databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate solutions.

Develop data integration solutions to ingest, transform, and cleanse data from various sources such as databases, APIs, files, and streaming data sources.

Implement data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance.

Monitor and optimize data pipelines and processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and processing.

Stay updated with the latest Azure data services, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve data engineering processes.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven decision-making and analytics initiatives.
