4. Mentorship.
- Candidates should effectively drive a multi-faceted project delivery effort in support of our Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort.
- Associate should have experience in Workday cloud skills in implementation and support.. Lastly, the marketplace will provide visibility into open roles thus permitting the employee to apply for any openings.
- It will require workstreams in both technical and non-technical nature.
- Associate will facilitate and lead the execution and delivery of the Internal Mobility/Talent Marketplace Program accomplish business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets.
- Must demonstrate an understanding of how activities contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives.
- Will collaborates with key stakeholders, vendors and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met.
- Requires expertise in detailed project planning and reporting. This program contains a technology element, so IT implementation experience is important. Experience implementing HR programs is preferred.
