Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems.

•              Experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C#

•              Experience in Unit test (NUnit)

•              Experience using HTML/CSS

•              Experience writing T-SQL for MS SQL Server

•              Experience within an Agile Scrum development team.

•              Experience in development of Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above.

•              Experience using XML schemas.

•              Experience using REST/SOAP web services.

•              Experience using Web API

•              Experience with DevOps incorporating automation for CI/CD pipelines.

•              Experience working with front-end JavaScript libraries, especially Bootstrap 4/5 and jQuery.

•              Strong communication skills sufficient to clearly communicate highly technical concepts, and to introduce new technological tools or methods.

•              Ability to establish strong business partnerships with senior MNJIS team members and with criminal justice and technical staff.

•              Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts
