We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a growing team. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 7 years’ experience with direct Salesforce experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining solutions to business needs through the Salesforce platform. You will be required to work with and interface with various departments to gather requirements, design, and document solutions, as well as to set expectations for deliverables. In addition, you will interface with alternate technical teams and third-party applications to ensure seamless systems integrations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Hands on and Sr. level experience with Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its related products.

• Designing quality and scalable solutions inside Salesforce

• Responsible for customization, integration, and platform features

• Collaborate with colleagues and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives, translating them into technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Design, develop and document comprehensive architecture and design solutions that align with Salesforce best practices

• Assist with implementing robust security and access control measures within

• Salesforce to protect sensitive data and meet compliance requirements

• Handle and oversee the creation of custom features and enhancements to produce enterprise solutions and designs for various departments/business

Must Have Requirements: 

• 10 years’ experience within Solutions Architecture

• 7-10 years of Salesforce development and/or administration development experience

• 5 years of experience working on Service Cloud platform.

• Proven experience with Omni routing, digital channels (Email, Chat, In App Messaging, SMS).

• Experienced with force.com architecture and API’s.

• Proven and successful track record with complex projects involving Salesforce and third-party vendors.

• LWC, Apex classes and triggers and Flows.

• Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench)

• Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence.

• Define data models, architecture for data storage within Salesforce.

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce cloud a plus

• Experience with Salesforce Experience cloud a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce voice or integration with a Telecom vendor a plus.

• Experience working with Salesforce AI tools a plus.

• Experience with Marketing cloud a plus.

• Salesforce certifications as Solutions Architect (B2C, B2B)

• Salesforce certification as Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, Business Analyst a plus

• Salesforce designer certification a plus

We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities. Must be proven hands-on driving and completing business process modeling and solution implementations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required and the ability to work with the business/stakeholder and effectively communicate between leadership and the technical teams.
