JOB DETAIL

Key job responsibilities
- Define engineering product requirements, decomposing business requests into executable stories for capabilities to engineering stakeholders.
- Support weekly development rituals including roadmap management, feature grooming, UX design sessions, and engineering office hours.
- Drive and maintain feature roadmap alignment across business stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
- Identify and operationalize the metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to track progress, and drive issue resolution & mitigation at a granular level across the organization.
- Support and organize the delivery of critical and complex work streams across the space and ground segments of Kuiper's software and services infrastructure.

IT Program Management for Financial Systems: 6 roles

Key job responsibilities
You will participate in developing the international payments, billing and invoicing strategy and vision, developing product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, payments, invoicing, billing, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under significant time constraints to meet deadlines.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage country specific system configurations across payments, billing, invoicing, legal, tax, and accounting.
- Driving due diligence in the country and having a robust view of risk and opportunities to be factored for launching the new country.
- Own engagement and process with legal, tax, accounting and business to generate country-specific configuration requirements for each country launch.
- Coordinate the execution of overall testing (e.g. system integration testing, user acceptance testing), including engaging stakeholders to define test plans, tracking testing progress, and communicating status across stakeholders.
- Communicating to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams.
