Mandatory Skills:
- 8 years of experience with software development life cycle and business analysis methodologies
- 8 years of experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
- 8 years of experience with project management principles and practices
- 8 years of experience in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology applications, policies, issues, legislative mandates, standards, policies and procedures
- 8 years of experience in gathering input, formulating a plan, providing follow-through and carrying it to fruition 8 years of experience in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems and issues.
- 8 years of experience in effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- 8 years of experience translating user/business needs into technical requirements
- 8 years of experience communicating technical instructions to system users
- 8 years of experience analyzing, evaluate, interpret business requirements and business rules and map / integrate them to technical requirements
- 8 years of experience -exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions
- 8 years of experience to bring about consensus on contradicting views
- 8 years of experience analyzing and document ambiguous and continuously evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- This position will report to a Senior Project Manager in the Provider Advisory and Coordination team to support HB 1575 implementation activities.
- This position will complete the above-described BA III duties in addition to other duties as assigned.
