JOB DETAIL

Role: Data Analytics

  • Lead a multi-year data transformation effort. Define the vision and strategy to meet the data transformation objectives and lead the day-to-day activities of the program. Align the Multifamily division around the principles and objectives of the data program and ensure adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and data analytics teams to foster a data-driven culture within the organization. Gather and translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions.
  • Evolve the data organization within Multifamily to strategically consider the various uses of data, how to capture additional data, and determine how best to make data available to the business for analytic purposes to elevate decision-making. Understand data gaps and work with the technology team to source, store and retrieve data to support their needs.
  • Support the technology transformation efforts including B2B strategy, adoption of external data standards, data mapping, identification, and support of AI/ML solutions, etc. Work closely with the technology team to ensure the business data requirements are understood; support the development and testing efforts as needed.
  • Lead the data governance efforts to ensure that we are compliant with all policies and standards. Define and develop ownership and governance structures needed, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and manage data as an asset. Improve data quality and the data control environment.
