Description:
Client is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Client Investments.
We are currently sourcing for an ETL Developer to work in Client’s Brokerage Technology Group in Westlake TX or Covington KY.

Team
Core Brokerage Technology team designs, builds, and maintains systems for the Client brokerage platform.
This is a hands-on role within a squad responsible for understanding requirements, contribute to architectural/functional/processing design and develop/unit test/automation services adhering to secure, scalable, and resiliency requirements.
This role will also be responsible in guiding junior developers in the squad.
We work closely with our business and systems partners to deliver technology solutions to the complex needs of our clients.

The Expertise and Skills we’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
12+ years of software development experience
Hands on experience working in complex architectural designs and technology initiatives
Experience working in agile development environment
Hands on experience in Test Driven Development
Required and deep experience implementing solutions using the following technologies
Demonstrative experience in Oracle/ PL-SQL
Exposure to OBIEE or other reporting/BI tools
Experience in Data engineering, Data modeling and Data analysis
Collaboration skills
Superb social skills required
Strong problem resolution skills required
Critical thinking and the ability to work in an agile environment
Ability to communicate optimally with application owners/developers and/or technical staff
Proven ability to complete tasks and produce appropriate work within project time schedules
Must be organized, self-motivated and be able to participate in the knowledge transfer to other team members
Work effectively in a team environment
Carry work mobile and provide 24X7 Support, On Call Schedule participation
Must detail all work in ticketing system and manage tickets in their queue. Working knowledge with Database: Oracle, SQl Server, NoSQL Database (Cassandra, DynamoDB)
Repository Management – Github/Bitbucket
Support tools like Splunk/Datadog/Kibana
ETL and reporting tools: Informatica, Power BI, Web focus, Tableau, Business objects
Nice to have experience implementing solutions using the following technologies
Application development on Public Cloud - AWS Managed Services, ECS, EC2, EKS, Serverless Framework/Lambda, API Gateway, Step Function, S3, ALB, Route53
DevOps CI/CD tools like Terraform, Concourse, Jenkins
Develop/Implement automated test cases using BDD, TDD testing framework (JEST, Cucumber, Mocha, Selenium, Istanbul)
Good understanding of Digital Certificate management
