Support ongoing Workday implementation, optimization, and adoption.
Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices.
Analyze business processes, advice on best practices, partner with Workstream leads in updating configuration workbooks, design integrations and develop test cases.
Test Workday systems and business requirements, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.
Support workstreams like Core HCM, Time and Attendance and Payroll that are currently using in Workday.
Test system enhancements and release upgrades
Partner effectively with all stakeholders including HR functional areas, Finance, IT and external consultants.
Develop and maintain documentation on Workday.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation projects.
Act as subject matter and configuration expert for Workday HCM, partnering closely with HR Operations and other functional areas.
Test security and roles for Workday accesses
Identify and recommend opportunities to build efficiencies through enhanced system capabilities and automation.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday.
Experience with implementing Workday in three or more organizations.
Workday Certification in one or more modules.
Experience with implementation of Workday for mid-sized organizations will be given preference.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
Excellent organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Should possess analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, testing and training skills.
Should be proactive, self-starter and be able to hit the ground running.
