**Responsibilities:**

1. **Azure Cloud Strategy:** Develop and execute the Azure cloud migration strategy, aligning it with the organization's business objectives.

2. **Assessment and Planning:** Lead the assessment of existing systems and applications to determine their suitability for migration. Create comprehensive migration plans.

3. **Business Alignment:** Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that cloud migration aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

4. **Solution Architecture:** Design and architect Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements and leverage Azure services effectively.

5. **Cost Analysis:** Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing Azure resource utilization and cost-efficiency.

6. **Technical Expertise:** Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams during the migration process.

7. **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth migration process.

8. **Security and Compliance:** Ensure that cloud migration solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.

9. **Documentation:** Maintain detailed documentation of migration plans, architecture, and technical configurations.

10. **Stakeholder Communication:** Effectively communicate with stakeholders, project teams, and executives to provide updates and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in cloud migration, particularly in Azure cloud.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, Azure services, and migration methodologies.

- Proficiency in solution architecture and design.

- Knowledge of cost analysis and optimization in Azure.

- Cloud security and compliance expertise.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
