Education and Experience »
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or applicable work and education experience, required.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of Full-stack development experience required, which includes: Software Development, Database Management, Information Systems Architecture and Development of solutions that utilize WinForms.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior developer required.
- Working knowledge and understanding of C# programming language and Microsoft SQL Server.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project documents including but not limited to Business Requirements.
- Lead, manage, and implement projects in application software.
- Document, Design/Deployment documents, configuration documents, and other technical documentation. Recommend best practices and business process efficiency improvements.
- Lead design sessions: architect and document solutions that are aligned with client business objectives.
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis, and document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and solutions.
- Gather complex business requirements and translate those requirements into solution architecture and design.
- Develop and manage client facing deliverables.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure that high-quality, intuitive functional solutions are delivered.
- Make management presentations and submit reports as required.
- Function as the technical lead in all stages of the project life cycle. Will interact directly with clients to identify problems, then propose, develop, implement, and support the solutions.
- Coordinate project efforts with varying degrees of complexity, deadlines, goals, etc.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot solutions to correct issues related to software implementations.
- Configure and deploy solutions, and work with internal business partners to develop customized end-products for internal customers.
- Oversee and provide documentation of technical and help documentation for the business users.
- Deliver training to internal customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of use and ongoing assistance.
