6 month contract (potential to extend to one year)
Hybrid, three days a week on-site in McLean, VA (aim for local candidates first, then expand)
Aim for folks with 6+ years of progressive Data Analytics experience. (If they have previous work history in Financial Services or with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, that would be a good find.) The client wants someone who has actually led teams of Data Analysts in their history, not just someone with a title of lead.
Client is not looking for folks outside of the Data Analyst realm for this one – no Data Engineers or folks of other titles. Make sure we’re getting folks who are Data Analysts, and that their resumes reflect as such.
Skillset (I do not have a formal JD for this one, as notes come straight from their hiring manager): Need strong SQL skillset, strong experience with Mongo, python scripting, and Jira experience. Need strong communication skillset, as well – will be reporting/presenting data to individuals from the C-Suite down through the organization in this one.|
