Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for defining, deploying and managing IT solutions using SAP and other applications in the Warehouse and Logistics (WHL) end-to-end process in both ECC and S4.
Key process areas include site logistics and warehousing, outbound and inbound shipping, Transportation planning and management, cross-country shipment processes, 3PL processes and associated interfaces, product labeling, data and reporting provided by the following SAP modules and solutions – SAP Logistics Execution, SAP Materials Management, SAP S/4 Transportation Management, SAP GTS, SAP S/4 Embedded Warehouse management and SAP S/4 Advanced Warehouse management and transportation collaboration tools like LBN.
Role also manages SAP Analysts in Dublin and AMS team and consultants supporting Trinseo in the above three modules in SAP
• Solution architecture SAP experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) business processes including SAP Logistics Execution module and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP S/4 Embedded Transportation management, SAP S/4 Embedded Warehouse management and extended warehouse management
• Must have experience with implementing and supporting SAP S/4 Embedded Transportation management and SAP Logistics Execution module• SAP GTS Experience is nice-to-have
• Experience with SAP LBN integration is nice to have
• Experience with SAP S/4 EWM or S/4 Advanced EWM is nice to have
• Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Must be a relationship builder and capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally
• Knowledge of project management techniques; PMP and Six Sigma designation preferred
• Demonstrates hands-on knowledge of Software development SDLC methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile)
• Manages ambiguity well. Has a global outlook and develops local expertise while operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
• Strong enterprise business acumen Demonstrates strong listening, communications, alliance-building, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills
