This role will be focused on an E2E workflow redesign for our Data Collection, Exposure Workbook and Master Marketing Submission initiatives.  The strong candidate would ideally have the following:

• Automation experience - nice to have, but exposure to RPA would be very helpful.
• Process improvements/workflow transformation experience.  Redesigning an E2E workflow.
• UI/UX design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to communicate well with the business will be key.
• Ability to interface with stakeholders from many different functions since the effort will be highly cross-functional.
• Strong agile background
