Requirements:

 

  • Business Analysis: Ability to research, discover, and convert business needs into acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in meeting with business, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand requirements and document them through user stories.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in preparing diagrams, tables, and other artifacts to facilitate understanding of complex scenarios for the development team and stakeholders.
  • Validation: Capability to validate understanding of outcomes for different scenarios with the product owner and business, aligning with given use cases.
  • Backlog Refinement: Experience in driving backlog refinement sessions with the support of the product owner to ensure clear acceptance criteria and scope for each user story.
  • Requirements Understanding: Ability to work closely with the Product Owner to understand epics and divide them into user stories.
  • System Understanding: Profound understanding of the current system and future business objectives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Customer Journey: Understanding of customer journeys and collaboration with UX designers to propose business rules supporting the desired journey.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Communication and collaboration with other agile teams to build cross-team requirements.
  • Testing Support: Ability to support development and testing efforts by providing answers or clarification as needed and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on test cases executed by the QA team.
  • Documentation Management: Proficiency in updating documentation on systems like Confluence, including business rules, configuration, and high-level flows or diagrams.
  • Design Tools: Utilization of design tools such as Lucidchart, Adobe XD, etc., to elaborate high-level diagrams and artifacts.
