  • Job Codes issues and escalation to fix. 
  • Must possess knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Adeployed infrastructure and applications.
  • Well versed in incident and change management process
  • Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace 
  • Basic database skills, including SQL and Oracle
  • Must possess multi-application experience, particularly in the banking industry or with financial institutions.
