Position Description: 
The Business Systems Analyst will provide functional analysis and requirements management for a Zelle implementation for a strategic banking client.  
 

What You’ll Get to Do: 
• Create requirements documents and high quality business and technical user stories. 
• Perform and document impact analysis and data mapping. 
• Author activity flow diagrams and other graphical forms to convey flows of control, process, and 
data. 
• Assist with acceptance testing. 

You’ll Bring these Qualifications: 
• Experience as Business Analyst implementing Zelle.  
• Deep functional knowledge of bank instant payment mechanisms. 
• Knowledge of and experience with public cloud design and implementation patterns. 
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.  
• Agile/SCRUM experience.  
• Solid conceptual understanding of process orchestration tooling, microservices, synchronous and 
asynchronous service interfaces. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with and 
persuade key stakeholders.
