ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a deep understanding of client communications technology. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects focused on implementing and integrating various client communication tools within our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client communications technology projects, on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, IT, operations) to ensure seamless integration of client communication technologies.

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.

Manage project scope and ensure it aligns with client needs and business objectives.

Effectively communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.

Identify and implement best practices for utilizing client communication technologies.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in client communications technology.

Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.

Document project processes and procedures for future reference.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.

Solid understanding of various client communication technologies (e.g., email marketing platforms, collaboration tools, chatbots).

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
