JOB DETAIL

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to support a Transformative J&J MedTech Enterprise Quality & Compliance initiative. In this role, She/He will be working with the on a large-scale project and supporting two work-streams (CAPA & Escalations), during the implementation phase of innovative Gen AI and AI/ML solutions (Wave 1).

She/He will report to the work-streams Technical Product Owner who is ultimately accountable for the overall scope delivery, risks & issues management, and overall communication with the project key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee the successful execution of the project deliverables within the defined scope and timeline.

• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.

• Collaborate with off-shore resources and coordinate software development activities with the development team (JIRA)

• Ensure adherence to SDLC/AGILE methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, and the HPT framework

• Participate in daily scrum calls to facilitate communication and address any roadblocks or challenges.

• Track and report risks and issues identified during the project.

• Utilize internal productivity tools to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Update key stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry.

• Strong familiarity with SDLC/AGILE methodologies and their application in software development projects.

• Experience working with off-shore resources and managing distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using productivity tools for project management and collaboration.

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

• Prior experience in AI or AI-related projects is a plus.
