Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid experience in Casino & Hospitality industry- Loyalty focused products.
- Experience in the gaming industry
- Proven track record of working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Strong skills in writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Technical acumen to understand and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple loyalty program projects, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with enterprise-level objectives.
- Engage with vendors and other external partners to ensure seamless integration and implementation of loyalty systems.
- Provide guidance and insights on project impacts, costs, and resource requirements, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project execution.
