Candidate must be strong in SD and CRM both

Support key business process owners and business leads.

Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP.

Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.

Interact with operations team.

Requirements clarification and documentation.

Support end users for functionality related issues and access requests.

Create/update technical specifications (as needed).

Support application Testing activities.

Onsite-Offshore coordination.

Technical discussions with key stakeholders.

Interaction with Technical SMEs.

Excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication, lead team, etc.

Provide SAP functional analysis, SAP support, SAP solution architecture in CRM area.

Provide day-to-day support for the SAP applications in the CRM area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.

Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users and provide satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
