- Experience: Direct involvement in managing the releases of various Salesforce applications with a deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets
- Practical working with Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest / SOAP API, Bulk API, etc.) and Lightning development.
- Effective problem solving
- Excellent communication
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, licensing model, NFR, best practices and governor limits
- Ability to architect, design, and recommend best practices
- Configuration, customization, and programming with APEX, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter, etc
- Web application integration patterns using REST / SOAP API
- Knowledge of Salesforce1
- Marketing cloud awareness
