High profile Fintech client located in Livingston, NJ has an immediate need for a Service Now Project Manager to join the team on a long term initiative. Team is about 1 year into the implementation and are expanding the scope. This role is onsite 3x week.
Required experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience (and 2-3 successful ServiceNow implementations) of experience in implementing Enterprise Service Management, ITSM in ServiceNow Engagements
- Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of Service Management and ITIL practices
- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM
- Experience working with Integrations (Web services, REST API's) and UI Designs
- Ability to interact cross functionally on matters that require coordination and collaboration across the enterprise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions to the business users
- Experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
