Lead solution design sessions with project teams and guide developers in implementing best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Define and document solution architecture, including data models, process flows, and system integrations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Solution architect.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
