Essential Job Duties:
•    Manage small, minor, and major capital projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
•    Ensure adherence to design processes and oversee overall project execution, including construction and commissioning.
•    Assist in developing pre-project approval documents, such as project charters, management plans, and cost estimates.
•    Ensure project scope adherence and obtain approvals for any changes based on established engineering methodologies.
•    Manage and control project budgets, providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections through regular reporting.
•    Evaluate, select, and contract construction firms through rigorous bidding and prequalification processes.
    Required Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited University required; Master's Degree preferred.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in process/food manufacturing project management.
•    Proficiency in construction management, scheduling, cost planning, stakeholder communication, and capital project management.
•    Familiarity with scheduling software (P6 or Project), cost reporting, and project management tools like Microsoft Excel.
•    Steel toe shoes required, to be provided by the worker at their own expense.
