SAP SD Customer Service - As a Mid-Level Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining SAP SD Customer Service applications. You will work closely with the project team to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Design and develop SAP SD Customer Service applications using SAP SD and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD Customer Service applications. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of SAP SD Customer Service applications.

SAP Sales and Distribution with Customer service

Roles and responsibilities:

o Should have experience working in SAP Service Contracts
o Should have experience working in SAP Customer Service module.
o Should have experience working in SAP Billing Plans- Periodic and milestone.
o Knowledge on Interfaces; where in the orders are created in different system outside SAP and then get interfaced to SAP via PI/PO
o Knowledge on Revenue recognition model, where we bill the customer every month to recognize the amount in service contracts.
o Should have experience in Creating/modifying/updating of Work order/Service orders- SAP CS
o Should be able to perform Month end activity for contract & services.
o Knowledge on standard Billing document creation program
o Job monitoring
o Experience working with custom tcodes/programs/tables
o Support projects experience
o Working with strict SLAs & priorities
