AWS Solution Architect certification required
Need strong AWS cloud experience to support build and deployment for mobile teams…but not looking for a mobile developer.
Notes:
- LOB: Card Tech
- Project: Building mobile CI/CD tooling used by all mobile devs. Provide tools so mobile teams can build their apps for release.
- AWS Cloud Engineer supporting mobile teams and their environments for deploying
- Maintain and make tooling available
- Run scripting
- Highly regulated environment
- Supports mobile teams, but is NOT mobile development
- Managing and supporting deployment environments and deployed applications
- Be able to propose design options as needed.
- Tech Stack:
- Jenkins on AWS, and a 3rd party provider
- Strong AWS deployment support exp – Linux based EC2 instances
- Unix Admin experience at command line level
- Use Terraform and Ansible
- Fast Lane is nice to have
- Would like to see AWS Solution Architect minimally
- Skills:
- AWS build, deployment and troubleshootingßthis is key skill
- EC2, building and maintaining
- Mac EC2’s (vs Linux)
- S3
- CICD exp
- Python or Fastlane would be helpful
- Day to Day:
- Work within agile framework
- Take intent from backlog and deliver
- Building & maintain software infrastructure
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Work in AWS cloud and supporting teams using these environments
